Meet Dr. Elizabeth Black, D.C.
A native of the DFW area, Dr. Black is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve optimal health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Baylor University and always knew she wanted to enter the health field. Originally, Dr. Black thought she’d become a medical doctor; however, about six weeks before graduation, she didn’t know if that path was right for her.
Deciding on Chiropractic
For guidance, she contacted one of her mentors—the chiropractor she had growing up—who encouraged her to look into chiropractic as a career. Dr. Black did so and toured Parker University; it just clicked for her. “It was what I wanted to do with my life and how I wanted to help patients.”
Dr. Black graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in 2023. Since then, she has loved witnessing the remarkable power of chiropractic care. She finds it rewarding to see patients come off medications, come in on walkers or in with canes, and walk out perfectly fine.
Serving Patients Across the Spectrum
Dr. Black is passionate about treating a diverse range of patients—from newborns to seniors. She is Webster Technique Certified and an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), specializing in holistic care for prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric patients.
“However, I love working with everyone, from itty-bitty babies to Mom and Dad all the way up to Grandma and Grandpa.” Dr. Black’s patient-first approach empowers individuals to regain and maintain their health naturally.
Committed to Your Health and Wellness
Dr. Black is also a member of the World Congress of Women in Chiropractic, continually advancing her knowledge and skills to provide the best care possible. Whether you’re seeking care for a specific issue or want to enhance your overall wellness, Dr. Black is ready to help you achieve your health goals.
Rooted in Texas, Ready to Serve
Outside of the office, Dr. Black enjoys spending time exploring new places with her husband, Holt, and their two dogs, Scout and Ranger. With strong ties to the local community, she plans to continue her career close to home.
Beyond her love for adventure and family time, Dr. Black also appreciates the mentorship of her colleagues and the clinic’s emphasis on customized, patient-focused care.
